Seminar European Industrial Policy in a Changing International Order

International tensions and challenges have led to calls in Europe for more intervention in the European market. The European Union should strive for more strategic autonomy, for instance through becoming less dependent on specific third countries for certain goods. Additionally, challenges such as the climate transition and declining competitiveness call for increased government intervention. Should Europe undertake more industrial policy. If so, how?
